Stephen Mukasa

Country Representative (Uganda) Strathmore Business School

 

Stephen Mukasa is the Ugandan Country Representative of Strathmore University and the Director of Operations – Strathmore Business School (SBS), Uganda. He is an Accountant by profession and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA from SBS.

He is also a seasoned corporate trainer on soft skills and organisational behaviour. His areas of specialty are effective communication in the workplace, personal leadership and professional ethics.

In his free time over the weekends, Stephen mentors University students and also provides career guidance sessions at Bugala Study Centre. He was also part of the team that designed and co-authored the Personality Enhancement Program (PEP) that is used in some of the secondary schools in Uganda and Rwanda.

He sits on the Boards of Kelim Foundation, Buildware Centre Limited, the League of East African Directors (of which he’s one of the Founding Directors) and is also a Trustee of the CEO Summit Uganda – a Private Sector Think Tank which brings together all Tier 1 Corporate leaders in Uganda.

Stephen is also keen on extreme sports, with a particular mention of whitewater rafting, in which he has so far garnered 185km on the River Nile with Adrift Uganda.
