Robert Waggwa Nsibirwa is a Trustee and Co-Founder of CAC. He has over 15 years work experience in coffee. He worked with Uganda Coffee Trade Federation as Director Statistics and Finance; He worked with Eastern African Fine Coffee Association as Executive Director; directing programs in quality enhancement and trade expansion in 10 African coffee producing countries. He is a board member in Coffee Development Authority. He has consulted with World Bank in Commodity Risk Management and is a Master Trainer in Coffee Sustainability.

He is the Minister for Planning & Economic Development Buganda Kingdom Currently, he is the President and CEO at the Africa Coffee Academy.
